1. THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND CENTRAL COFFEE CO., LTD. Your use of any Central Coffee Co., Ltd. ("Central Coffee" or "we", "us" or "our") web presence ("Site") will warrant your acceptance of these terms. Do not use the site if you do not consent to be bound by these terms. We may randomly change the terms, so please double check them from time to time as using the "Site" signifies your acceptance of any changed items.
WE TRY TO KEEP THE INFORMATION ON THE SITE ACCURATE AND CURRENT BUT YOU SHOULD NOT ASSUME THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IS ALWAYS UP TO DATE AS PRICE AND AVAILABILITY ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTIFICATION.
2. PERSONAL USE - Your use of the information included on this site is for personal and shopping purposes only. You agree you will not distribute, publish, transmit, modify, display or create derivative works from or exploit the contents of this site in any way. You agree to compensate, disassociate and indemnify Central Coffee for any and all unauthorized uses you may or may not make of any material on the site. You acknowledge the unauthorized use of the contents could cause irreparable damage to Central Coffee and that in the event of any unauthorized use Central Coffee shall be entitled to an order in addition to any other remedies available by law or in equity.
3. COPYRIGHT - Everything is copyrighted. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Rainforest Alliance name and logo are copyrighted. Diedrich Roasters name and logo are copyrighted. Swiss Water Decaf name and logo are copyrighted.
4. LINKS -There will be links on the Site to other websites that are owned, operated and designed by people not us. Central Coffee is providing these links only as a convenience. The appearance of a link does not imply Central Coffee's endorsement, nor is Central Coffee responsible for the contents of any linked site. You access them at your own risk.
6. SHIPPING - All orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail within 3-5 days from date placed. Our policy is to ship orders out the same day, but due to the roasting schedule we reserve the right to process the order at the earliest possible opportunity. Availability of the coffees may be subject to change. An email will be sent regarding the availability of the order.
7. RETURNS - Central Coffee roasts coffee to order and ships out nothing less then fresh roast. Refunds must be requested within 15 days of receipt. Shipping charges will be refunded only if the order was received in error. Please contact the shop with any customer service concerns.
8. CUSTOMER SERVICE - Our phone line is in operation Fri-Sun 10am-5pm. Feel free to call and leave a message any day of the week, we're probably going to be there roasting. 9. HAPPINESS - Our foremost concern is that our customers are happy. If there is anything at all we can do to ensure this, please give us a ring!
