Bolivian Colonial Carnavi Fair Trade:: This wonderful coffee is similar to Peru with it's medium acidity and bakers chocolate undertones. It has a full body but is less sharp then it's Peruvian neighbor.

Colombian Kachula:: A mellow fruit and walnut aftertaste.
Medium acidity, medium to full body. A slight tartness in the finish.

Ethiopian Harrar Fair Trade:: A strong sharp coffee with a slight acidity from mild blueberry/fruit undertones. The Harrar is stronger then other Ethiopians such as Yirgacheffe.

Ethiopian Yirgacheffe:: Seemingly worlds apart from other Ethiopian coffees, the Yirgacheffe (Yur-gaa-cheffay) has subtle fruit acidities; an underlying lemony quality. It has a milder body with subtle nutty tones.

Mexican Finca La Selma:: A medium body coffee with a nice smooth flavor. Toasty and nutty with a light acidity.

Peruvian Penachi Fair Trade:: Grown about 100 miles inland from the Pacific Coast, in the Andes Mountain Jungle, this coffee has great chocolate tones with a little sharp snap. It's slightly stronger than the Andes Gold but also has the rich body to make it an after dinner treat.
